Oracle

The oracle will periodically feed the price of crypto assets from the exchange and upload to the chain. It will rely on this price during staking/liquidation.

The current price is feeded every 2 minutes, and the average price (the average price in the last 30 minutes) is uploaded every 10 minutes.
